Hello, you ordered to be delivered in Spain, the 24h delivery is not applicable. The order left on Thursday 19/09 (day of your order) and arrived on Tuesday 24/09 (according to Chronopost tracking). Delivery days are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday). So the parcel took 3 days to be delivered, as stipulated for all Chronopost exports in Europe (approximately 2 to 3 days). This time is stipulated in the order, as well as in the international delivery policy. We have checked the stocks and the parts are all in good condition. Concerning the coli, we asked you for a photo of the box in order to support our request to Chronopost, however we have not received anything. Without all these elements, we cannot make a request to Chronopost.

I am very dissatisfied with DAM marine for a very specific reason: I bought a "low pressure high pressure pump" and a "diaphragm fuel pump" for 769.93 euros. After fitting the fuel pump, I realized that it wasn't working. So I called in a marine repairer, who found that the new fuel pump was faulty, and invoiced me for it. I got in touch with the DAM marine warehouse staff, who suggested that I send it back. After returning the part, they informed me that the warranty would not work because I had apparently "disassembled the pump", which is absolutely not the case. It's now my word against theirs, so I can sit on the warranty. It's not very commercial now that DAM marine is finished for me.

I am very offended by the treatment of this French company and I feel cheated because I ask them a fuel cooler for a Volvo Penta D4 260 hp and it turns out that after receiving it does not fit me and 4 days later I return it paying me the postage q are 90 from Spain. If they do not give me a fair solution I will put it in the hands of my lawyer and the consumer protection office and I will report it on all social networks. I am very careful with DAN MARINE! The answer to this comment is not real. The cooler was spotless with no scratches or cracks or anything.
