Express order billed at 14.00 euros arrived more than 48 hours later, wrong part due to your responsibility as I correctly specified the model and the return is at my expense, so it's better to order from a Chinese site because I think the parts come from the same place

When I went to Yanmar in Port Camargue, they confirmed that my equipment was completely standard. The photo does not correspond to the kit for a DF140A engine and your description does not list the delivered contents. Your presentation of the kit is misleading, it is disappointing.

I made 2 orders. The first one was a mistake and at that same moment I wrote an email to DAM Marine customer service to try to cancel the order. I sent 2 emails before the order was shipped. But they did not respond and sent both orders. When they were shipped, I contacted them again and they replied that I sent the email after the order had shipped when that was not the case. I forwarded the first email to show them the date and time and where I sent it from to prove that it was not like that. And I have not received a response. Now I have to return the first order and bear the shipping costs. Which is what I wanted to avoid. At the same time, they sent me the invoice for the second product and it did not declare the shipping. You took advantage of the first payment of the first order to send both orders. I am very, very unhappy. Any other company cares about the customer and tries to help them, and I see that you do not. And that displeases me a lot. For now, my opinion is very low.
