When my starter motor broke down at the start of a stopover in Port Haliguen around 8am, I couldn't find a professional willing to help me, or with an uncertain repair time, so I went to the Dam Marine website that I knew.The order placed around 11am was delivered the next day at 11.15am, and 15 minutes later (the time it took to reassemble the boat) I was able to continue my cruise, having lost just one day and saved a lot of money, given the quotes I received much later from professionals on the Quiberon peninsula.

The driver tried to deliver on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th by contacting you. We cannot be held responsible for the fact that we are unable to collect your parcel as it was sent and "delivered" on time, but we cannot check that you are present at the delivery address you have given. We simply advise you to call Chronopost on +339 69 39 13 91 with your tracking number so that they, who are responsible for this problem, can resolve it.
