Following an order by telephone, does not respect the consumer code on the possibility of returning the goods within 14 days and merely reminds us that the terms and conditions are available on the netI strongly advise against this.

Following the very good advice, I ordered.5 pieces ordered and received the next day,(bravo) there were 2 that were not identical.I made notches that were missing on one and put back old seals because the new ones did not fit.The rest is correct.

Part ordered corresponds to my request. The person I spoke to was not very helpful for someone not familiar with mechanical issues, but he was polite.

Good site! one downside, not really easy for me to find the right parts on the site, the DAM references do not give the equivalents, so I have to make other orders on other sites (to ensure the conformity of the part). Otherwise very fast delivery!

I placed an order on Monday for delivery on Tuesday before 5 p.m., and I paid for express delivery. I received the order on Friday at 3 p.m. That's expensive shipping for a deadline that was not met. On the other hand, DAM MARINE was very professional in reimbursing me for shipping costs, which I greatly appreciated.

I placed this express order because it was an emergency.I received two O-rings in the parcel that didn't match the part numbers.I had to recommend them to volvo.Result: a week's delay and my customer not happy.

I am very offended by the treatment of this French company and I feel cheated because I ask them a fuel cooler for a Volvo Penta D4 260 hp and it turns out that after receiving it does not fit me and 4 days later I return it paying me the postage q are 90 from Spain. I buy again after payment another oil cooler which is noted that it has been stored for a long time (it comes with rust stains on the casing) and it costs me about 1000. And what is my surprise when DAM MARINE answers me saying that they will not refund me the money of the first cooler that I have returned saying that this had been manipulated being this a real lie since the product was taken out of the box and to see that it was not the original was reintroduced and packaged carefully to return it to their facilities.now they tell me that I have 15 days to go through their facilities in France to pick it up living in Spain or that I pay again the postage for them to resend it to me. If they do not give me a fair solution I will put it in the hands of my lawyer and the consumer protection office and I will report it on all social networks. I am very careful with DAN MARINE! The answer to this comment is not real. The cooler was spotless with no scratches or cracks or anything. No tampering, but how easy it is after having charged you for it not to return the money... and say q anything to avoid it. End of my plea!!!...I already know where I will not buy a replacement for my boat.

Despite a big problem, parcel mislaid by the post office.they did what was necessary, even if it took a long time,which is not easy when a customer is waiting and is stuck at the port.some suppliers send back the parts as soon as possible and solve the problem with the carrier afterwards, to think about But good, reliable and honest are great qualities.

Piece in stock, order received promptly. Reasonable price. I put 4 stars because the part is not assembled. It doesn't seem to be an original part but an adaptable one.

The PAE turbine I received for a SUZUKI DT 9.9, ordered with S/N engine, didn't fit: bore 12.5 mm instead of 13! After a telephone exchange by e-mail, I received the right one. Nobody understood why, as DAM MARINE had correctly followed the engine serial number. They managed this problem perfectly and in the shortest possible time, for which I thank them.

Very attentive, competent and responsive I only gave them 4 stars, because although the order was taken into account and the payment recorded, shipping took longer than expected because some of the parts on order were supposed to come from elsewhere and apparently there was an oversight, which meant that if I hadn't asked for them, the order would have been forgotten. But if I need them again, I'll definitely recommend them.

They didn't send me the right product and won't exchange it, even though I ordered the right model.

I still haven't received my order even though it was sent by express delivery, so we're paying express delivery charges for nothing !!!!!
