Reliable, serious, professional company for purchases made online, attentive to demand, contactable by telephone, very pleasant team and makes every effort to deliver on time. Order placed over the weekend and processed first thing on Monday. A simple customer loyalty program would still be welcome (coupon code, discount voucher, etc.) to create an extra incentive to place a new order...simple to implement and widespread among competitors. I have nothing to complain about with Dam Marine. On the other hand, the 24-hour Chronopost service doesn't work. I've paid for 24-hour Chronopost 4 times and I've always been delivered within 48 hours. I might as well use the Colissimo service, which is half the price.
