Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about this delay, unfortunately, it is beyond our control, colissimo can sometimes have issues. Looking at your tracking, the package left on Wednesday and arrived on Monday, which makes a delivery in 72 hours on business days.
Colissimo promises delivery between 48 and 72 hours on business days, so they have respected their deadlines.
