I followed the operating procedure for breeding daphnia... Despite this, they died in less than 1 week despite the addition of purchased algae.

Hello, I have a 3m³ pond and after distributing the product, the water is still green and there are no results. After rereading the product description, it states that the cap should be left open to keep the bacteria alive. If the product had been in the bottle for a long time, that's why I have no results. I am disappointed especially since the price is significant.

Unfortunately, the product has proven to be completely ineffective. I followed the recommendations to the letter, both for using the anti-cyan bottle and for the bacteria falcon by disconnecting the skimmer each time. The cyan are still there, I have recorded a wrinkling of the actinodiscus but I cannot definitively attribute the cause to the product in question. The fish have not experienced any discomfort.

Well, it didn't change anything for my bac. No Dauphiné survived and no repro.

No effect on cyanobacteria, I then used the absolute black method, no light and aquarium covered for 7 days and 7 days later all the cyanobacteria had disappeared, I should have started there I wouldn't have lost 79.48€.

The protocol I followed to the letter did not work at all. Despite the instructions being followed scrupulously. I am disappointed because I have already used Daphbio products in the past and I was very satisfied with them.

It's simply a scam of H2O water, really disappointed no results. I'll never be fooled again, moreover it's confirmed by a store that I greatly appreciate which argued to me the lack of credibility in all the products offered.

This product did not remove the cyanobacteria. The water has now turned completely white, despite multiple water changes, it is impossible to make it clear.

Good evening, I have been a customer of yours for a long time and I have often bought top products.. But now I purchased the product for cyanobacteria and it hasn't worked at all.

Barely I put the daphnias in the water 1/2 hours later they were all dead.

Put in a micro tank on the day of receipt with water that has rested for more than 48 hours, unfortunately just 5 days and nothing left, no life at all. I threw 50 euros in the trash, I am really disappointed.

only one order placed with daphbio on 28/11, in the parcel a 500ml can of fertilizer leaking. impossible to contact anyone by phone (to this day i'm still trying to get them on the phone), no one answers. i sent a message via the contact form on 7/12, wanting to attach a video of the leak, but it was impossible to send the file, even in 3 different formats. daphbio told me they needed the video proving the leak, which i could do, but how could i send it? i sent a message back on 24/12, no reply, a second message on 30/12, still no reply! when you see the prices of the products on offer, you think they must be good products, but you also expect customer service to do its job. but here, nothing, daphbio is quietly burying its head in the sand. we wonder why we go abroad to buy, with french companies like this one, we know why. a bunch of good-for-nothing crooks who don't assume that there can be any manufacturing errors or problems whatsoever. i'll be sure to tell every aquarist i meet about this thieving company!

Hello gentlemen, I had a cyano attack and as usual I called on your products but unfortunately no effect! I contacted Benoit who kindly replied but he clearly said that it wasn't cyano and that he couldn't see any bubbles but your product was never blamed. I did a 500ml treatment for a 600l tank and nothing cyano grew? So that's it, I won't be using your products again...1080e order in 2024. Happy holidays.

The UPS carrier did not give me confidence If in the future I return to shop at daphbio and the carrier is UPS, I will not buy at daphbio.
