Package received quickly, protocol followed to the letter, for now no visible macro life to the naked eye, but I hope it will come. Upon delivery, the bottles were very cold, I hope that didn't kill the micro and macro fauna... I will wait three weeks to form a definitive opinion. Thank you anyway, very good service...

I didn't feel well. Despite following the dosages, I had a phytoplankton explosion in the tank.

The product had no effect on my cyanos. The treatment lasted for 6 days and nothing remarkable happened.

only one order placed with daphbio on 28/11, in the parcel a 500ml can of fertilizer leaking. impossible to contact anyone by phone (to this day i'm still trying to get them on the phone), no one answers. i sent a message via the contact form on 7/12, wanting to attach a video of the leak, but it was impossible to send the file, even in 3 different formats. daphbio told me they needed the video proving the leak, which i could do, but how could i send it? i sent a message back on 24/12, no reply, a second message on 30/12, still no reply! when you see the prices of the products on offer, you think they must be good products, but you also expect customer service to do its job. but here, nothing, daphbio is quietly burying its head in the sand. we wonder why we go abroad to buy, with french companies like this one, we know why. a bunch of good-for-nothing crooks who don't assume that there can be any manufacturing errors or problems whatsoever. i'll be sure to tell every aquarist i meet about this thieving company!

Hello gentlemen, I had a cyano attack and as usual I called on your products but unfortunately no effect! I contacted Benoit who kindly replied but he clearly said that it wasn't cyano and that he couldn't see any bubbles but your product was never blamed. I did a 500ml treatment for a 600l tank and nothing cyano grew? So that's it, I won't be using your products again...1080e order in 2024. Happy holidays.

No results, no microfauna

In the bottle of daphnia, there were very few living subjects. It gave absolutely nothing. 70 € to throw in the garbage. A rip-off. I am very dissatisfied and even angry.

There were only four bugs in the living bottle and a barely green color in the other! I'll try my luck again another time.

I scrupulously followed the anti-cyano protocol with daphbio, which is 100% effective, but it didn't work. Water with nitrate 2, no phosphate, no sand, no sediment, I can't get rid of it. Despite this, I continue to use their bacteria for up to 1 month, as specified in the instructions.

I then received a new order which was protected against the heat with a cold pack, which is how you have to pack a product like this and not just in a cardboard box.

Hello, My only complaint is with the delivery, not with your products. I have been a loyal customer for many years. The Colissimo took a week to arrive in Corsica. I don't know if this has any effect on the quality of the product, it's usually teeming with life, but in this case it was rather dead. That won't stop me from recommending it again.
