They don't do what they say

Very good product for the cyanobacteria kit, as well as for the starter kit. But the daphnia and microphauna culture kit did not work, all the daphnia died in less than a week. Yet I followed all the instructions and even watched the videos about it. ( goldfish ext. ) Otherwise the rest is very good.

I ordered a bottle of microfauna and live meiofauna for my recital I followed the recommended protocol introduction of night in two times, I have a system jaubert no skimmer, no micron bags, no perlon, a simple blue foam with large mesh in the decanter, unfortunately it's been more than a month since I put the bottle I do not see any change (the bottle costs more than 80 €) I'm not sure that there is life in there!

Opinion: Totally ineffective in my case, dry loss of 150€ Having started this 400L Iwakuni 6 months ago with Daphbio products with efficiency. I turned to their range of products again when a cyano problem appeared in the same tank. The protocol was followed to the letter and even extended by 3 days. After that I was away for 4 days and when I came back, the cyano was totally invaded again. The products arrived in good condition and the tank has stable and correct parameters: KH:2 - GH:7 - NO2:0 - NO3:1- PH:7.1- PO4:0.1 - LED lighting 130w - remineralized osmosed water - biological filtration 30L of pozzolan in the tank 7L in the filter - no chemical filtration

Good product against cyanos to see in time

As for the management of the order I have nothing to say, everything was perfect, only a small misunderstanding about the delivery, not to pay the shipping I had chosen the withdrawal at a physical point, while the courier delivered it at home. Instead, as regards the after-sales service, it leaves a lot to be desired, I sent two emails with different addresses for fear that it would end up in spam but I never got an answer, I wanted some detailed information on how to use the products, but I had to ask around the forum, they may have good products but the after-sales is essential. I don't know if I will buy anymore.

After using the products I had an episode of Dinoflagellates and cyano bacteria. The service from the photos blamed the old rocks but contrary to that they were purchased 5 years ago. I state that the tank is 5 years old and was completely stable. Used reseeding products plus bactoreef. Service was not up to the product, they could tell me it was impossible because it never happened. In fact after about die weeks of using the products the dino and cyano disappeared. It doesn't work as planned

Very mixed. I bought a restart kit after my tank crashed. After several weeks of following the protocol, the result is an uncontrollable rise in cyano. The support explains me that my PV are no longer good for anything, and offers me a quote to replace them by their stones. I'm still surprised because before the crash (power cut over several days) my tank was running very well... So in my case, I remain on my hunger and I conclude more to a commercial approach than anything else

The anti cyano products were effective twice, 1 year ago and 5 months ago. This time, not effective. Our cyanos are becoming resistant to your bacteria. What to do? Blackout? I continue to use bactofresh and micro macro life. I put a little oxygenated water; the cyanos have almost disappeared but they will reappear. This is a freshwater aquarium.

Total failure. No daphnia survived. I do not question the quality of these products, I may have been wrong about the aclimation. I suggest an instruction manual for users, especially novices
