only one order placed with daphbio on 28/11, in the parcel a 500ml can of fertilizer leaking. impossible to contact anyone by phone (to this day i'm still trying to get them on the phone), no one answers. i sent a message via the contact form on 7/12, wanting to attach a video of the leak, but it was impossible to send the file, even in 3 different formats. daphbio told me they needed the video proving the leak, which i could do, but how could i send it? i sent a message back on 24/12, no reply, a second message on 30/12, still no reply! when you see the prices of the products on offer, you think they must be good products, but you also expect customer service to do its job. but here, nothing, daphbio is quietly burying its head in the sand. we wonder why we go abroad to buy, with french companies like this one, we know why. a bunch of good-for-nothing crooks who don't assume that there can be any manufacturing errors or problems whatsoever. i'll be sure to tell every aquarist i meet about this thieving company!

Hello gentlemen, I had a cyano attack and as usual I called on your products but unfortunately no effect! I contacted Benoit who kindly replied but he clearly said that it wasn't cyano and that he couldn't see any bubbles but your product was never blamed. I did a 500ml treatment for a 600l tank and nothing cyano grew? So that's it, I won't be using your products again...1080e order in 2024. Happy holidays.

I ordered almost all the products , I am disappointed only because I Bottle of live micro fauna , and arrived with no live critters

The UPS carrier did not give me confidence If in the future I return to shop at daphbio and the carrier is UPS, I will not buy at daphbio.

No results, no microfauna

In the bottle of daphnia, there were very few living subjects. It gave absolutely nothing. 70 € to throw in the garbage. A rip-off. I am very dissatisfied and even angry.

Delivery took more then 1 week

There were only four bugs in the living bottle and a barely green color in the other! I'll try my luck again another time.

The products don't work and my aquarium is always "dirty".

Not enough experience with this product

Product conforms, for the moment I've only used it 4 times (every 4 days). I'm waiting to see the results. However, I also use it in a small tank (80l of water) and the dosage is very difficult. You mentioned a pipette, but I've got the 250ml and 60ml kits and nothing. Maybe in the 500ml?

not solved the problem

This is the second and last time I order from them. Disappointed again this time. Not much life and I still have so much algae in my aquarium.

Unlike other purchases I've made from daphbio, this time the anti cyanobzcterie seawater kit didn't work at all in my aquarium. Even though it was invaded. A real shame. I'm used to much better with daphbio

Very good product, fast and efficient

The chosen carrier "UPS" is unreliable. Always excuses for late deliveries. I hesitate to recommend Daphbio products just because of this!

Reliable and serious site, but the anti-cyano product (fresh water) didn't completely get rid of it... it's a shame considering the price.
