The kit did not work for me under the pretext that "no plants in the aquarium" as if in nature daphne did not live in the best obstacle After 2 weeks I qd meme have an answer that ends on a promo code of 5 € valid in 3 days that ... does not even cover the shipping costs of 9 €!

I would rate 5/5 for daphbio for their friendliness and their after sales service only problem encountered is that for live animals their carrier takes too long to deliver and puts off the planned delivery from Friday to Monday for the second shipment. For the first shipment let's not talk about it it arrived two weeks later

Very mixed. I bought a restart kit after my tank crashed. After several weeks of following the protocol, the result is an uncontrollable rise in cyano. The support explains me that my PV are no longer good for anything, and offers me a quote to replace them by their stones. I'm still surprised because before the crash (power cut over several days) my tank was running very well... So in my case, I remain on my hunger and I conclude more to a commercial approach than anything else

Concerning the microfauna it can take longer than 3 weeks because each tank is different and it is also very difficult to see them with the naked eye.

The anti cyano products were effective twice, 1 year ago and 5 months ago. This time, not effective. Our cyanos are becoming resistant to your bacteria. What to do? Blackout? I continue to use bactofresh and micro macro life. I put a little oxygenated water; the cyanos have almost disappeared but they will reappear. This is a freshwater aquarium.

Indeed the cyanos are quickly neutralized. Attention to the causes: cyanos had returned in my tank, hypotheses: Elevation Temperatures approx 26° unfavourable meteo episode and feeding of the corals with red sea reef energy quantity according to recommendation but given in the morning at 9 am, it is certainly not the good hour, 9 pm would be more judicious. Pay attention to the calcium level after "purging" the cyanos, the latter being big consumers, I had a 650mg surge!
