Good evening, it has been an epic journey, 3 stars not for the products which are of quality, because I already see life, but more for the delivery which took more than 7 days, which is not your fault. I would surely recommend you, the unpredictability and laziness (delivery person) are everywhere. Otherwise, product and commercial service Daphbio are top-notch (response within the day and delivery tracking).

I did not get the expected results, nothing is thriving in my aquarium, no bacteria on my stones, I am left with cyanobacteria and filamentous algae that continue to grow. With a rise in nitrate. Approaching 50 mg. Causing the loss of 3 fish due to the rise in nitrate. My disappointment, I was already between 25 and 30 mg and now I find myself at 50 mg. For the launch of my tank. It was effective at first. Following the rise in my nitrates, the reseeding brought me nothing.

Arrived as expected in a nice chilled envelope, not many appeared alive,but added to my aquarium anyway to see what would survive,48 hrs later nothing all dead. Emailed company hoping for replacement ,but was only offered an 500ml of Daphnia free with next order,what if I never order again ?

I scrupulously followed the anti-cyano protocol with daphbio, which is 100% effective, but it didn't work. Water with nitrate 2, no phosphate, no sand, no sediment, I can't get rid of it. Despite this, I continue to use their bacteria for up to 1 month, as specified in the instructions.

Hello My delivery so the resettlement kit smelled as if it was spoiled. I suspect that the product has not survived the hot temperatures. I then received a new order which was protected against the heat with a cold pack, which is how you have to pack a product like this and not just in a cardboard box.
