Used reseeding several times and it was always perfect, after a week I would see a lot of microfauna on the glass and rocks, this time unfortunately nothing, I think in the bottle of Meiofauna and Microfauna eggs either everything had died or there was nothing good.

Very good product for the cyanobacteria kit, as well as for the starter kit. But the daphnia and microphauna culture kit did not work, all the daphnia died in less than a week. Yet I followed all the instructions and even watched the videos about it. ( goldfish ext. ) Otherwise the rest is very good.

I ordered a bottle of microfauna and live meiofauna for my recital I followed the recommended protocol introduction of night in two times, I have a system jaubert no skimmer, no micron bags, no perlon, a simple blue foam with large mesh in the decanter, unfortunately it's been more than a month since I put the bottle I do not see any change (the bottle costs more than 80 €) I'm not sure that there is life in there!

As already written by others the price is definitely high but it is really worth it. I have spent much more with other products without getting anywhere near what I see today in the aquarium. As for the management of the order I have nothing to say, everything was perfect, only a small misunderstanding about the delivery, not to pay the shipping I had chosen the withdrawal at a physical point, while the courier delivered it at home. Instead, as regards the after-sales service, it leaves a lot to be desired, I sent two emails with different addresses for fear that it would end up in spam but I never got an answer, I wanted some detailed information on how to use the products, but I had to ask around the forum, they may have good products but the after-sales is essential. I don't know if I will buy anymore.

En ce qui concerne les livraisons, nous avons eu un problème avec les points de relais en Italie, nous nous en excusons mais nous n'avons pas le contrôle sur le transporteur pour ce genre de choses.

After using the products I had an episode of Dinoflagellates and cyano bacteria. The service from the photos blamed the old rocks but contrary to that they were purchased 5 years ago. I state that the tank is 5 years old and was completely stable. Used reseeding products plus bactoreef. Service was not up to the product, they could tell me it was impossible because it never happened. In fact after about die weeks of using the products the dino and cyano disappeared. Surely my tank mature for years will have restarted a small maturation and then return to stable. To date, on the whole excellent product assistance to review
