I scrupulously followed the anti-cyano protocol with daphbio, which is 100% effective, but it didn't work. Water with nitrate 2, no phosphate, no sand, no sediment, I can't get rid of it. Despite this, I continue to use their bacteria for up to 1 month, as specified in the instructions.

Product conforms, for the moment I've only used it 4 times (every 4 days). I'm waiting to see the results. However, I also use it in a small tank (80l of water) and the dosage is very difficult. You mentioned a pipette, but I've got the 250ml and 60ml kits and nothing. Maybe in the 500ml?

Hello My delivery so the resettlement kit smelled as if it was spoiled. I suspect that the product has not survived the hot temperatures. I then received a new order which was protected against the heat with a cold pack, which is how you have to pack a product like this and not just in a cardboard box.

Hello, My only complaint is with the delivery, not with your products. I have been a loyal customer for many years. The Colissimo took a week to arrive in Corsica. I don't know if this has any effect on the quality of the product, it's usually teeming with life, but in this case it was rather dead. That won't stop me from recommending it again. The good reviews are far too good, even misleading, compared to the real effectiveness of the product and the services offered by daphbio. I had to pay additional delivery charges that were not foreseen at the reception. And I had to fight for 1 week with UPS to get my parcel back (it was supposed to be delivered in 48h...). Don't waste your time with Daphbio, they won't do you any good.

Strangely enough, the anti-cyano bacteria product I received was not as effective as before, when the cyano bacteria disappeared in 4 days. Now, not only does it remain, but it's starting to thrive again.

Benoit is a very nice person, he called me to find out and especially to help me launch my first reef tank. He's a great listener and a great advisor. I put 4 stars, not just 5 because of a bad agreement for sending the package but it's not my fault but I had to wait 1 week. I would recommend them without any problem.
