Product arrived well packed. Impressive effectiveness against cyanos. lacks 1 star because of a small mix-up during shipment (product announced delivered in a relay point when it was not the case).

Very reliable site. Efficient and complete product. I took the micro fauna, daphnia and daphnia food. On the other hand, this last product, to feed the daphnies, is effective, but too expensive for the long term.

As already written by others the price is definitely high but it is really worth it. I have spent much more with other products without getting anywhere near what I see today in the aquarium. It seems to me the most valid and natural method to eliminate cyano and to recreate the right environment. Super appreciated the kind giveaway.

As for the management of the order I have nothing to say, everything was perfect, only a small misunderstanding about the delivery, not to pay the shipping I had chosen the withdrawal at a physical point, while the courier delivered it at home. Instead, as regards the after-sales service, it leaves a lot to be desired, I sent two emails with different addresses for fear that it would end up in spam but I never got an answer, I wanted some detailed information on how to use the products, but I had to ask around the forum, they may have good products but the after-sales is essential. I don't know if I will buy anymore.

avez-vous essayé de nous contacter sur nos réseaux sociaux ? Il se peut que certains courriels nous parviennent. Vous pouvez aussi essayer d'appeler.
Sur le site internet vous avez beaucoup d'informations, tout est traduit en italien.
Si vous voulez vous pouvez nous contacter sur les réseaux et nous répondrons à vos questions, ou vous pouvez télécharger le protocole des produits concernés et vous trouverez beaucoup de réponses.
En ce qui concerne les livraisons, nous avons eu un problème avec les points de relais en Italie, nous nous en excusons mais nous n'avons pas le contrôle sur le transporteur pour ce genre de choses.
