DPS is simply not ready to deliver DaphBio to Martinique. My parcel was delivered in 1 week, but sat in the Martinique branch's warehouse for another week. Despite daphbio's efforts to leave air and not overload the bottle with daphnia, my daphnia were delivered to me dead... Ordering live daphnia for overseas destinations is always a risk, but I had already ordered from Daphbio when delivery was handled by Chronopost, and my package was delivered in 48 hours, so I didn't have these problems.

Good products, except that I was badly advised on daphnia unfortunately. Luckily I have a good experience in aquarium keeping and I had doubts about what was advised to me. I called Daphbio again and got a completely different speech. So they have partially made up for the mistakes of the first contact... I remain confident about their professionalism. Package received quickly, the next day. Good quality products. Not enough time yet to judge the efficiency (protocol since about 3 weeks), but the aquarium seems to be "looking good" after a cyano attack (only on the sand)! The corals seem to be in better shape. I also noticed that the meiofauna product contained living organisms when it was received!
