Peace be upon you Gisèle,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your wait has been longer than expected.
We would like to clarify that the logistics part is managed externally, but our team always does its best to monitor and resolve these types of situations, which fortunately remain exceptional.

Furthermore, we are currently reorganizing DAR AL IMAN to further improve our services and prevent this from happening again in the future, in shaa Allah.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
The DAR AL IMAN team

Very satisfied with my purchase. The bath set is amazing!!! I've been waiting for one like this for so long. Allahuma barik!! I also bought 2 linen effect Russian abayas for myself and my mom, we love them. Nothing to say, the fabric is super light and fresh. Allahuma barik I recommend.

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah, the two khimars are poorly sized at the head contour, then I wanted to return them but no response from the site even though I left a message by email through the site and another message on Instagram.

A customer for years, rarely disappointed. I really liked the Paris abaya but the new comfy khimar is a heartthrob!!!! Of such lightness and comfort, Allahouma barik. I hope you will release other colors of the model.

I wanted to test the khimar before giving my opinion and frankly I do not regret my purchase at all. The khimar is pleasant to wear, the headband holds well and does not hurt the head as promised by the seller. I really like the slightly square cut, Allahouma barik, it changes from the pointed. And a big plus for this khimar is that it is perfect for hajj because it does not tie behind the head!!! So beautiful! I really recommend it.
