Not good all my orders was wrong they always send me wrong items or defected im very disappointed for the price i paid and the shipping for stuff i didnt even want i really hope they fix this

The items I received were of good quality, but it's a shame that due to a problem with the site or poor stock management I only received 2 items out of 5. I was certainly reimbursed for the missing items, but I'm still very disappointed, and it's not the 1st time I've had problems with this store.

Delivery nickel Allahuma bârik. Just the whatsapp sister who replies one or two days later, often you have to follow up and the replies are not very complete. But that's okay. The site is good. I'm only half satisfied because I'm disappointed by the colors but the khumurs are very beautiful and of good quality.

Hello, I recently bought for the first time on the Dar Al Iman website, I have received my parcel and it conforms to the product I ordered (abaya russia nidha), however, I have several times been frustrated by the bugs that arrive on the site, unfortunately this tarnishes my customer experience and sometimes make me give up my cart. I wanted the duck blue russia abaya and it wasn't part of the restocking. I would have preferred to have been warned in advance and could have bought it from a reseller in the meantime.
