So far, Al hamdu Llilah, we have never had a problem with our customers. We just have to wait until your package is declared lost and then we will find a solution in cha ALLAH. You have accepted our terms and conditions of sale before buying from us which state that we are not responsible for any theft or loss that may occur on the part of the carrier as we have sent your packages. We have contacted Mondial Relay, an investigation is underway, your package is not yet reported lost so we can not make any commercial gesture for the moment because it may be that your package is found and shipped to your home. Navigating the site was complicated but understandable. The only problem was that items deleted themselves from the basket and when I had to proceed to payment it didn't work as items were deleted without me noticing. The one thing I'd have liked to see on the site was for the size selection to show only the available color, because clicking on all the colors to see their availability wastes a lot of time.
