I ordered several packets of vanilla bought in July 2024 with a shelf life until 2026 and of course unopened. I reported that several packets of vanilla are starting to mold and no response from customer service!!!

You just need to take your vanilla pods out of the airtight pouches upon receipt to avoid any storage issues. Any problem related to poor storage on your part cannot be attributed to the quality of the vanilla pods www.DavidVanille.com

My mother has been ordering from DavidVanille for a long time, and now that I have taken the plunge, I understand why. The products are of very good quality, the value for money is very reasonable. The shipping is fast and careful. I even received a photo of my order being prepared just before shipping; I found this little attention adorable. The beef stock is very good, with a real taste of meat juice and very little salt. And the spice mix 'Tonton' is great; I have already recommended it!
