Madam, 1 - First email with a response in a few minutes, sorry not to make an exception for you: Also, for a first order, do you offer free shipping? I am indeed not able to spend 69 euros. Thank you for your reply. 2 - Second request with courteous and quick responses: How can I revalidate my cart? I don’t have a link and I see that my order has been prepared? I am a bit lost... 3 - First order refunded urgently so that you can benefit from free shipping. Upon refund, you explain that you did not understand our email explaining to increase your cart to 69€ in order to have free shipping. 4 - Yes, I saw that but yesterday when including my code after signing up for the newsletter I also had another product included. Why would I no longer be entitled to it? See attached photo response from us quickly: Hello, We have refunded your order and the gifts change on Fridays. Another gift will be added upon validation of your order. 5 - Thank you for the little salt added in addition to my order. However, the wrong vanilla reference was delivered to me. Instead of receiving the XXL bourbon vanilla, I received the M size Bourbon. Can I return it to receive the correct reference please? 6 - Second email at the end of the day: Unless I am mistaken, I have not received a response to my email. There was an error in the order and I did not receive the ordered vanilla. 7 - Response from us: Your request has been taken into account but your email was sent 22 hours ago. We will get back to you as soon as we have the solution please. 8 - Mea Culpa error in order preparation solution from David Vanilla: RECEIVED GIFTED BOURBON VANILLA PURCHASED BOURBON VANILLA worth 29.99€ refunded. 9 - To the email explaining that our gifts cost us very little, I take matters into my own hands and ask you to move on. 10 - To your response: Rest assured that I absolutely did not intend to come back to you. A nice slacker who makes his money on exotic products and doesn’t even know how to prepare an order. CONCLUSION: You can’t please everyone. I sense a lot of jealousy and hatred in your words. Good luck to you,

Deplorable service. Information taken before the order about potential benefits for new customers (stay away, there are none). The guy charges full shipping costs for sending orders, regardless of weight. Once the package was received, there was an error with the product expected from the order. He refunded me but it’s not what I wanted. I would have obviously preferred to receive the initially ordered item. Bad luck: I have to reorder and pay the shipping costs again... The gentleman indicates to me that it would not be profitable for him to pay them. I think that when a mistake is made, one should be humble and do everything possible to fulfill the initial order. The gentleman tells me he has already given me gifts (with the samples you receive: 50g of salt, pepper, and curry) He indeed thinks he is generous by offering me these spices... which I am absolutely not interested in and that I was ready to return with the incorrectly delivered item. When I pointed out that these

Make very good marinades with these spices for your barbecues or right now delicious strawberry tarts (pastry cream or whipped cream) with these incredible vanilla pods.

Short and kept deadlines, on the delivery side, everything is good. As for the products, I had fun tasting a bit of everything. I discovered peppers with flavors I didn't know and not necessarily spicy... it changes from what is sold in the aisles of our supermarkets, nothing to compare. On the tea side, the same, I took 5 or 6: Nice discoveries and a few disappointments for sure but the proposed quantities allow tasting without making unnecessary stock. Vanilla, same story: I confirm that not all are alike. I use them in pastry and for spiced rum and the cheaper ones are not the least tasty, beautiful quality of pods, well done! So, you will have understood, I am fully satisfied with my purchases and I continue. Now I am introducing it to my friends and family... Good gift idea! Thank you for this excellent quality/price ratio and A+

I wanted to send you a message to thank you but I am having serious eye problems at the moment, I have a lot of trouble with screens, for my next order I will make a paper draft first. I gave products to my children so I can only talk about hibiscus flowers which I make herbal teas from and I am delighted. The site is clear and the products are varied and original.

Order of spices from davidvanille, the seller kept me informed at all stages so that there were no problems (SMS when validating the order, photos during preparation and email during delivery), very reassuring and friendly. Payment can be made via PayPal which is a big plus, it avoids leaving your credit card number. However, given the quantities ordered, the spices could have been packaged in fewer bags (for example: order of 250g of Thai mix, there was 1 bag of 25g in the package, that's a lot of plastic and cumbersome to check, but it's probably an advantage for preservation...). Maybe give the option when ordering to choose less packaging?
