You have chosen two varieties of vanilla that have a naturally reduced moisture content. It is also clearly indicated in the description of each product that these are vanillas with a dry texture.

These vanillas are particularly suited for infusion to make delicious creams, ice creams, rice pudding, or other desserts, where they reveal all their aromatic richness.

Each variety of vanilla has its own characteristics. It is therefore important to choose it according to the intended use.
