Beautiful selection of spices with very specific notes outside of commercial ones. For us, it's a great find, we will return. Too bad we can't smell before, but it's also chance that sometimes makes us discover beautiful things.
The quality-price ratio is very correct.

Original products, good quality. Fast delivery and careful packaging.
Only downside, this way of continuously offering different promotions is frustrating. The day after my order, there was a 20% discount on the entire site. I always feel a bit like I bought too expensively and at the wrong time.

The spices smell good! And taste good for those we have opened. However, we do not see the composition of the products (for example, for dried and candied fruits, we do not see the ingredient sugar). Moreover, some product titles are not explicit enough (for example: dried strawberries lack the information in the title that they are also candied).

I regularly order vanilla as I am a passionate pastry chef. I often test different suppliers and I came across Davie Vanilla. I ordered various products pods, extract, and powder and I am quite disappointed. little aroma comes out of the products. Maybe I got a bad batch?! Over 70€ of products.. I will not reorder.

Fast delivery and attractive price

Good but... I expected more flavor in the smell in general and after use, perhaps also rethink the packaging! 8 plastic packages * 50g for an order of chia seeds and the same for the squash, as for the vanilla 10 packages also in hard plastic to have the totality!? it's a bit shocking for this kind of product and at a time when we are trying to be a bit more careful....thank you

Excellent site with great discounts when they have them.

One of the products was poorly packaged and the product leaked in the package... a bit disappointing. Prices are starting to get very expensive.

DHL informs merchants that unpaid commercial invoices prevent the shipment of goods. The store did not respond, so I provided the documents myself and the goods took a month to arrive.

For the first time, really disappointed, a torn bag, all the bags sticky. I sent an email directly, remained unanswered. I didn't want to leave a review, but you prompted me! I will not order again during sales!

Products give me complete satisfaction. One regret: that some products come from Bulgaria like wild garlic.

No contact with customer service who didn't even get back to me. My referral code didn't work, I was told to wait to order, but the promotions were ending that same evening, so I ordered without my referral code. I sent an email of dissatisfaction and was replied with 'too bad for you' basically... not even a commercial gesture, not even a vanilla pod as compensation or anything. Good site

The site is well made with plenty of information to know each ingredient. However, there are way too many tabs that pop up to warn about discounts and prevent us from placing our order as best as possible. However, the delivery times of the items are top! I recommend.

Quite mixed regarding the problem encountered, which in the end was resolved by pushing me a bit to place a new order. Next time will be better.

I really liked the vanilla pods, superb and very tasty.
I also appreciated the very aromatic garlic powder, even though I discovered it came from China...
Regarding the herbs, I was surprised that they do not come from France, I don't think I will recommend you...
However, your vanilla pods are really to be recommended even though I find the price to be considered... but it is so difficult to find this product in stores, so thank you and well done!

This time I am disappointed, I ordered 10 saffron pistils and was told there was a stock shortage. I immediately made myself known and was refunded. How can there be a shortage when the order is validated and paid for? Moreover, I incurred shipping costs for two (I had made a large order at the beginning of January) items that I had taken as an accompaniment and which I did not need immediately.

So far, my orders have gone well. I haven't used all the products but I am satisfied with those I have already used.
The packaging is a bag that could be improved because it's not obvious to transfer spices like vanilla powder into your small containers. Depending on the powdered spice, a good part remains stuck to the bag or is retained by the closing 'clip'.
On the other hand, 3/5 because the navigation on the site needs to be reviewed. The promotion pop-up that appears after a few seconds on each page is really, really very annoying! I had already reported this during an order but nothing has changed.
From an IT point of view, it doesn't take 107 years to change this behavior. We had the ad once, that's enough! No need to see it appear on all the other pages. At most, display a small square or a discreet banner with the promo info but not a pop-up on every page.

I have been ordering here for several years. The items are always of very good quality and the customer service is very good. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the new way of packaging the products. Indeed, before everything was packaged in hermetically resealable bags which was very practical. Today, for 200g of a spice purchased, for example, you receive 10 mini bags of 20g to cut with scissors. I hope you will return to the old method. Best regards.
