disappointed because my two Tahitian vanilla pods are shriveled? Is it because I ordered only two pods??? I don't know, because I sent an email, but no response to my question???

Nothing to report. Easy order to place. Received quickly. Beautiful packaging. Quick and efficient handling. I don't give 5 stars just because the large quantities are not divided into smaller bags. So I had to find packaging to condition them. Otherwise, the site is on point and keeps its promises.

The vanilla seems to be of good quality and in line with the selling price. The pepper as a gift is appreciated. The delivery, nothing to say... so why 3 stars? When you order 20 pods + 20 free and there are 38 pods in the package (I counted 3 times), you think that the count is not right...

Hello, I am disappointed with the cancellation of my order... I took the time to ask if the packages were indeed sent internationally. I was told yes, but without being informed of the limits. Beware of scam! I placed my order (by the way without free shipping, but okay...) and after a long wait, this order was not delivered. I then send a message to DV to explain the problem but they hide behind their T&Cs to tell me they will do nothing. Unbelievable! Where all other online merchants either resend an order or look for solutions, DV takes your money and leaves you in trouble. Clearly, they do not understand what a customer is and will stop at nothing to collect euros at all costs. In short, to be avoided absolutely!
