Great after-sales service, the photo of my package by SMS on the day of its shipment is a real plus. Well-packaged products. Good quality, nothing to report.

The 10 vanilla pods plus 10 vanilla pods were much smaller than 20 vanilla pods plus 20 vanilla pods. Not satisfied with this size.

Hello Lauriane,
We have included dry vanilla pods +10cm as planned in your order.
Some are 16-17cm and others 12-13cm, it's true. If everything was in 10cm, it would have been uniform but of lesser quality.
Thank you for your understanding,
Best regards,
David Vanilla

We ordered on January 5, were notified that the order was in delivery on January 7, and then again on January 13. In the end, we only received the pods on January 17... We are far from the deadlines mentioned on the site and will probably not order here in the future.

A huge thank you for your feedback, your support, your recommendations, and your loyalty!
At DavidVanille.com, we continue every day to develop our range and to embark on the discovery of new gems. Today, we explore over 75 producing countries and more than a hundred terroirs, each with its own story and uniqueness.
There are still so many flavors to discover to enhance your recipes! Each order allows us to continue this passion, to visit the plantations, and to share with you the most beautiful finds.
To thank you, a gift is included with every order, and our newsletter subscribers benefit from a special offer with free shipping (limited-time offer).
With all our gratitude,
The David Vanille Team
