Very disappointed by the customer service that refused to compensate me after receiving an incomplete order (delivered without the black peppers). But previous orders had always gone very well. Therefore, I do not recommend this site that is not capable of making a commercial gesture of a few euros since the total of this order was around 27 euros and not all products were missing. I will probably turn to other solutions in the future.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the matcha tea. This is the first time I have been disappointed, yet I have made several orders of various products on the site, but this time I even had to throw it away because it was brown and not light green, did not mix and left deposits. I had to order from a matcha tea specialist. The rest of my order was fine.

Good products, but angry: supposedly free delivery, paid more than 7 euros, and additional gift if a certain amount is reached, missing from the package, even though checked during the order. I thought small businesses were more rigorous than very large ones, PFFF....Not happy, I called, and even less happy with my phone exchange...Free delivery to a relay point, living in the mountains, the nearest is 15km away, 30 round trip....anyway, not even heard. It's a shame, I feel like I've been cheated...It's sad. Certainly, it's not with my 60 euros of orders per year that I will enrich you, but knowing that my salary is only 500E/month, for me it's huge. Really disappointed, therefore I think this is my last order.

Delivery is free to relay points for newsletter subscribers, you are not one but could have benefited from it. It is stated everywhere on our product sheets. Meanwhile, you benefited during the FRENCHDAYS from 30% off your order. We do our best for our customers, gifts, free delivery, loyalty program, referral program but we cannot offer home delivery for all orders. It is free from 99€ for France and certain European countries. Thank you for your understanding. Very interesting prices for quality products. The site is slightly slow and bugs from time to time, especially when modifying quantities or the packaging of a product. The delivery was delayed compared to the estimated and indicated time on the carrier's site. Generally, I still recommend the site!
