Fast delivery. Beautiful quality of vanilla. However, I am extremely disappointed with the vanilla fragments, the photo is more than misleading, it's frankly a shame which is why my rating is lower. I don't like deception.

Easy to navigate, lots of information. Quick processing of the order and delivery within the announced timeframe. However, I was very disappointed with the quality received: extremely dry and brittle pods, requiring rehydration several days before use in pastry... and nothing was announced on the site!

I do not recommend this site, not because of the quality of the products (I do not have enough hindsight on this subject yet), but for two important points: 1. The choice of carrier (DPD): the delivery person did not bother to come to my house, even though I had taken a specific leave to receive the package. He directly dropped the package at a relay point outside my city. From there, David Vanilla unfortunately could no longer intervene. 2. The packaging: when my friend picked up the package, it was barely taped (see photo). All the products could have been lost along the way. Fortunately, he took the time to check on site that nothing was missing.

I bought brown vanilla pods from Uganda, they are good, quite large. However, I regret the site that forces customers to buy a minimum of €29. I needed about twenty pods and had to buy 70 to reach the required amount. This leads to overconsumption. Unacceptable!!!!

The quality of the products is impeccable! The only downside for me: I live in Guadeloupe, and you insist on refusing to send my products via a simple tracked letter! I really do not understand your systematic refusal, as it is a very simple shipping method to implement, and very inexpensive! (No customs declaration to make, no tax to pay for me upon arrival in Guadeloupe)

Suggestion: implement a spiciness scale for your spice blends, and have resealable zip bags for spices like for the vanilla pods (or have packaging of choice)
