For a first experience with you, I admit I am disappointed with some vanilla pods that are really too thin to be split. I would have gladly given 5 stars, as my vanilla ice cream is excellent.

Hello, I haven't had the chance to taste all the spices from my order yet. So far, the spices used are amazing, fragrant and tasty for unbeatable prices. One regret, a resealable bag would be even better. Best regards

The pepper and salt with black garlic are good products, however I have used several vanillas including bourbon to make ice cream and I don't find the taste very strong, maybe I should use it differently.

Quality products, fast and careful shipping.
The only small downside is that there is a minimum purchase required to order. Otherwise, it's a site I recommend.

Nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products and the speed of shipping. The only downside, as already mentioned, is that I always have to add an item to reach the minimum amount to possibly benefit from free shipping, which is never indicated in your promotional emails.

Be careful with the black ebony vanilla which is a product that has had one or more substances added to make them attractive

I would have really appreciated being able to be delivered by tracked letter! Can you please integrate this delivery method into your business in the future?

Disappointed by all these plastic bags, I was hoping for craft paper... that was part of my motivation for the purchase

I am very satisfied with the fast service and the quality of the products. However, the offer of 'free vanilla pods as a gift' is very disappointing... the vanilla is of poor quality and very dry! (unusable). Beware! A gift is a gift... not a clearance of expired products!

Very happy with the products, fast delivery.
The only downside is the packaging... I ordered pepper and vanilla, I only received small bags (at least 30 or 40 small bags...!) whereas for these products, different sizes are offered (25, 50, 100, 250).

On the order tracking part, it is less intuitive.

Nothing to say regarding the order process or the quality of the products. But, for the second time in a row, the package was not delivered to the agreed location! Mondial Relay does not offer the option 'wait for the chosen relay point to be available'. Summary of the operation: order placed on June 6, delivered on the 17th, which made me lose an hour and six euros in public transport! I fear this was my last order with David Vanille.

Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect.

Clear intuitive site

The site is very beautiful and makes you want to buy vanilla. But there is a discomfort once the package is received and you discover the merchandise.

Great products, received quickly and well packaged. The only downside is that the loose tea bags are too small. They used to be bigger and it was better. The bags were resealable and we had time to fully enjoy them. I regret that there are fewer and fewer resealable bags. It was really practical.
