I only give 2 stars because I am very unhappy regarding the delivery the delivery person left my package at another pickup point and not at the one I had chosen I think David Vanilla should be more rigorous regarding deliveries and ensure that the delivery person drops off the package according to the customer's choice who is the boss the delivery person or David Vanilla???? therefore I will no longer place orders on this site I do not want to relive the same situation unfortunately because there is a choice on this site thank you Mrs. Wissang

However, we clearly explain in our general sales conditions that if the chosen pickup point is saturated, our carrier will deliver to a nearby pickup point.
