Package damaged upon receipt with missing products. Very uncooperative merchant who demanded a complaint to be filed and refused to refund the missing products. Avoid if you are looking for a professional and accommodating merchant who does not question the honesty of their customers. The General Terms of Sale border on illegality.

As a rum enthusiast and making flavored rums, I can use and abuse vanilla since I discovered this site. Every time they are excellent products, incredible prices, and perfect communication and tracking of my orders. I find no negative point, not even a detail that could make me want to rate 9.99/10. It's almost an 11/10 that I would give because everything is perfect. Bravo for your seriousness.

The site is ergonomic, it is pleasant to navigate and very nice to find advice and recipes. If I have a complaint, it is the lack of transparency. Among the mixed spices (curry, marinade or barbecue mixes...) the composition is sometimes very vague 'spices'. It's a shame, especially for allergic people who need to be careful.
