I order regularly and normally everything goes well but this time the ordering process was complicated due to a product offered as part of a referral. I had to restart 3 times, and no gifts this time even though it was highlighted on the delivery note. Nevertheless, the order was perfect.

Deplorable service. Information taken before the order about potential benefits for new customers (stay away, there are none). The guy charges full shipping costs for sending orders, regardless of weight. Once the package was received, there was an error with the product expected from the order. He refunded me but it’s not what I wanted. I would have obviously preferred to receive the initially ordered item. Bad luck: I have to reorder and pay the shipping costs again... The gentleman indicates to me that it would not be profitable for him to pay them. I think that when a mistake is made, one should be humble and do everything possible to fulfill the initial order. Short and kept deadlines, on the delivery side, everything is good. As for the products, I had fun tasting a bit of everything. I discovered peppers with flavors I didn't know and not necessarily spicy... it changes from what is sold in the aisles of our supermarkets, nothing to compare. On the tea side, the same, I took 5 or 6: Nice discoveries and a few disappointments for sure but the proposed quantities allow tasting without making unnecessary stock. Vanilla, same story: I confirm that not all are alike. I use them in pastry and for spiced rum and the cheaper ones are not the least tasty, beautiful quality of pods, well done!
