Good products but I did not receive the free vanilla pods announced as a gift in my order. A refund of an equivalent amount was made (thank you) but I would have preferred to receive the free vanilla pods.

We are sincerely sorry for this oversight during the preparation of your order. Our packages are prepared manually, and unfortunately, an error can occur.

As it was a complimentary sachet, we preferred to proceed with a refund of its value rather than incur higher shipping costs than the value of the gift.
