very good. I find the vanilla not very fragrant. you should indicate what kind of grinder for the peppers or mortars, as some are not easy to crush. otherwise perfect lots of superb flavors

Hello Nour, The downgraded vanilla has a dry texture but is very aromatic as we specify on our site. Once rehydrated, the pods will triple in volume, releasing exquisite notes of warm, enveloping, and elegant vanilla.

I am only disappointed with the broken cashew nuts which had a sharp and unpleasant taste, I had to throw that away. The rest is very good. Best regards.

The spices ordered from David Vanille are of very good quality. Having tried 3 peppers (Voatsiperifery, long pepper from Java, and Karimunda pepper) and the Sichimi Togarashi spices (that's amazing), all are of first freshness. In terms of service, the spices arrive quickly and well protected. What more could you ask for?
