Big disappointment, order canceled by the boss's decision on the pretext that I should just supply myself at home in Guadeloupe (a narrow market where rare spices are still unavailable). No response to my email asking to at least send me the sansho pepper.

I lived for 5 years in Guadeloupe and let local businesses sell some of my references such as Mamie Christiane in Saint François on rue de la république.
At the same time, you did not receive an order and you give a rating of 1/5 because we do not ship to Guadeloupe. If we refuse an order, it is not to send only part of it to the island.

You have purchased brown vanilla (dry) "Lake Victoria", it is written on the sheet in the first description:
Visual: Brown vanilla is a dry vanilla pod compared to a black ebony vanilla from Uganda (wet). The pods may have some visual defects of overripeness (cracked) indicating a harvest at full maturity (late harvest). The pods double in volume after rehydration in your milk, your sauce, or in a base of alcohol.
Origin: Brown vanilla pods, resulting from a long aging on the shores of Lake Victoria, just a few steps from the source of the Nile.

I do not give five stars although I am perfectly satisfied, the only problem is that I do not understand why you always send me tea and herbal tea in small packets of 50 g when I order 200 g???? I think it's a shame to waste so much at a time when we are very careful......

But a major downside, for the multiple bags, which will make me hesitate to reorder. If I order a certain weight, I would like one bag (and not 4 bags of cocoa powder, or I don't remember how many for the teas I took), .. Too much waste for my taste. And it's a shame given the good quality of the received products.

Very disappointed with the black ebony vanilla, nothing to do with the photos on your site and the publicity that JustinCooking does on his channel, the pods were not black or fleshy or shiny, they were flat and dry with not many seeds inside and the chopped dates had no taste
