Here is the link, this reference is out of stock: https://www.davidvanille.com/fr/gousses-de-vanille/97-vanille-tahitensis-gourmet-papouasie-nouvelle-guinee.html You then, for your next two orders (of dry vanilla, one first received and one order made again later), bought 20 pods of "dry vanilla from Papua", this reference: https://www.davidvanille.com/fr/gousses-de-vanille/248-20-gousses-vanille-seche-papouasie-nouvelle-guinee.html These two vanilla pods are completely different. You made a mistake with the vanilla during your purchase. Please take the time to read and compare the sheets. You will see that the difference between a gourmet aged Tahitensis vanilla and a dry vanilla from Papua is well explained. I can't do better than to put the word "dry" in the title for the second one. If you take the time to read my product sheets, some pods are much more fleshy, soft, and fragrant than my dry vanilla from Papua. The price is also different. When you received your first 20 dry vanilla pods, I did not have this reaction. You even reordered some a few days later. Best regards, David

Satisfied with my order, fast delivery, careful with tracking. The vanillas look great. The gifts offered (spices, cotton bag) are very nice. One point to change: the packaging for each of the spices, an alternative to plastic is surely possible.

I take away one star because I haven't tested the pods yet. The only downside I can see does not come from the quality of the products but from the delivery. The package arrived completely smashed. So it was redone by the post office. The products being well packaged, it had no impact. Fortunately, because it remains food.

The site is quite well done, accessible and detailed. Unfortunately, I cannot give my opinion on the ordered items since I did not receive the correct order, but a significant commercial gesture was made. I am therefore testing other products of which I am fully satisfied for the moment. Quality products properly packaged. During the coronavirus period, customer service was efficient.

Hello Sophie, Your initial order has been refunded. The order you received and that I GAVE you represents an amount of €166 while yours was €37.36 ;-) The ordered spices were not there but instead of 10 Bourbon Gold vanilla pods from Madagascar, you received, for example, 40. To minimize the risks of contagion and barrier gestures, this seemed to me to be the best solution. At the same time, to avoid making this mistake again, a new verification framework for my orders has been put in place. It is now impossible for this error to happen again.
