Madam,
You contacted us yesterday at 8:56 PM only, I stopped working at 8 PM.
My day started at 5 AM where I manage orders and then from 7:30-8 AM the customer service.
In the meantime, I managed emergencies and included you in my morning priorities.
The parcel is reported delivered by the relay. My team will contact our carrier to get back to you.
Thank you for your understanding.

Very interesting prices for quality products. The site is slightly slow and bugs from time to time, especially when modifying quantities or the packaging of a product. The delivery was delayed compared to the estimated and indicated time on the carrier's site. Generally, I still recommend the site! I will trust David Vanille for my future spice purchases, that's for sure!

Easy to navigate, lots of information. Quick processing of the order and delivery within the announced timeframe. However, I was very disappointed with the quality received: extremely dry and brittle pods, requiring rehydration several days before use in pastry... and nothing was announced on the site!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We describe the pods in our summary: Lac Victoria: Visual: Unlike the Black Ebony Vanilla from Uganda, which is more moist and fleshy, the Brown Vanilla has a dry texture. Red Bourbon Vanilla: A higher dry matter content, a reduced humidity level for an intense aromatic profile. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The team at davidvanille.com

The quality of the products is impeccable! The only downside for me: I live in Guadeloupe, and you insist on refusing to send my products via a simple tracked letter! I really do not understand your systematic refusal, as it is a very simple shipping method to implement, and very inexpensive!
