2nd order placed: very good value for money, quickly shipped. The vanilla pods are incredible.
Suggestion: implement a spiciness scale for your spice blends, and have resealable zip bags for spices like for the vanilla pods (or have packaging of choice)

Bought vanilla pods by the hundreds of kilos from this company and rotten pods after 72 hours of receipt
This gentleman does not want to know anything and as a good professional he refuses to refund me or offer an exchange
I had to report to signal conso and contact the fraud repression of my residence who will contact the agents of his department so that my report does not go unanswered
I am disgusted to see that a company you help advance by buying astronomical sums that no one has bought from before mocks the customer and for a long time too
Be careful with the black ebony vanilla which is a product that has had one or more substances added to make them attractive

I am very satisfied with the fast service and the quality of the products. However, the offer of 'free vanilla pods as a gift' is very disappointing... the vanilla is of poor quality and very dry! (unusable). Beware! A gift is a gift... not a clearance of expired products!

Hello,
It is written on the received gift that it is downgraded vanilla as stated on the label. The expiration date is far from being exceeded. A dry vanilla is not an expired or poor quality vanilla; it represents 90% of international purchases for our industry clients, perfumers, and flavorists.

Very happy with the products, fast delivery.
The only downside is the packaging... I ordered pepper and vanilla, I only received small bags (at least 30 or 40 small bags...!) whereas for these products, different sizes are offered (25, 50, 100, 250).

On the order tracking part, it is less intuitive.
