I don't even know what to do with it.

Very well designed site. Very good responsiveness, fast delivery. Small negative point: more and more products out of stock or disappeared like the Mexican chili with a smoky taste that I liked a lot.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my orders, I just had a small issue with a bag that was sealed with the powder and the preservation is not good

After checking my order, 10 vanilla pods were missing. I contacted customer service, they didn't want to know anything. Supposedly they checked my order via camera and supposedly it was complete but I would like to know how they can verify an order by camera and know that this particular package is mine. Impossible. I sent a photo of my received order and it was indeed incomplete. The sales conditions were not respected. I therefore canceled my account and will order my vanilla pods elsewhere because it is not serious at all. The least they could do is apologize but the customer service person was aggressive so I no longer wish to help David Vanilla and I do not recommend this site

Nothing to say, the products are of quality (I was surprised by the pepper as it is strong in smell and gives a pleasant note in seasoning) and I greatly appreciated the order tracking with the photo of it before shipping.

The site is very well done. However, one does not realize what the weight of the products represents... so I placed an order and received many more products than I had imagined.

Very good product, I appreciated it, a real discovery. Except for the delivery, the delivery person did not respect the delivery point. Delivery point 1.5 km further away, I had to take the car to go pick up the package.

1st order received quickly despite the holiday delays. Careful shipping. Some vanilla packets did not contain the 10 pods expected. Pods of different sizes too.... I plan to order a second time to form a real opinion as the price remains affordable when taking advantage of promo codes. Do not take the downgraded pods which in my opinion are not very useful if you really bake except to bring a distant taste of vanilla.

Having placed a fairly substantial order, I could not find Sichuan pepper, lemongrass, and coriander powder.
Having requested an alert, Sichuan pepper is available again but just for that, I have to order for 20 euros to get free shipping.
From a commercial point of view, this is not very elegant... so I will buy it elsewhere.

I ordered 100g of green tea and received 4 sachets of 25g in plastic!! It didn't smell good at all and too much plastic packaging - I won't order again.

I am a bit of a novice in vanilla. I would like a more fragrant vanilla. The downgraded vanilla is perfect for creams, it allows you to use a bit more to find the grains.
