I only give 2 stars because I am very unhappy regarding the delivery the delivery person left my package at another pickup point and not at the one I had chosen I think David Vanilla should be more rigorous regarding deliveries and ensure that the delivery person drops off the package according to the customer's choice who is the boss the delivery person or David Vanilla???? therefore I will no longer place orders on this site I do not want to relive the same situation unfortunately because there is a choice on this site thank you Mrs. Wissang

Hello, We thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sincerely sorry to learn that the delivery of your package did not meet your expectations and that it was dropped off at a different pickup point. Please be assured that we take your comments very seriously and we are continuously working to improve our services. However, we clearly explain in our general sales conditions that if the chosen pickup point is saturated, our carrier will deliver to a nearby pickup point. I want to clarify that the delivery was offered to you when you validated your cart as well as 10 vanilla pods. Best regards, The David Vanilla team
