Hello, Through your customer service, I expressed my dissatisfaction with 2 of the 5 products purchased (pods too dry) over 10 days ago. To date, no written response, I find this disappointing from your customer service. Best regards, Ludovic

Response from DavidVanille.com – Spice Hunter
Hello Ludovic. You have chosen different varieties of vanilla with a more or less dry texture, a more or less high humidity level.... All of this is well mentioned in the product sheet. It is not the appearance of the pod that determines its quality! I invite you to read the description of the products you personally chose and do not hesitate to come back to us for any advice.
