I find this spice sensational both for putting in cakes and for putting on fish. Like I did this noon and many other recipes too. Like on apples. I am completely delighted with everything that the black vanilla pods Ébène that I get from David Vanille. He is a very human and very nice person, you ask him something and he remembers right away.

I order regularly and normally everything goes well but this time the ordering process was complicated due to a product offered as part of a referral. I had to restart 3 times, and no gifts this time even though it was highlighted on the delivery note. Nevertheless, the order was perfect.

Hello, The 'Lac Victoria' Brown vanilla pods are dry vanillas, see the description please: Visual: The Brown vanilla is a dry vanilla pod compared to a Black Ebony vanilla from Uganda (moist). The pods may have some visual defects of over-ripeness (cracked) indicating a harvest at full maturity (late harvest). The pods double in volume after rehydration in your milk, sauce, or in a splash of alcohol. Origin: Brown vanilla pods, resulting from a long aging on the shores of Lake Victoria, just steps from the source of the Nile. https://www.davidvanille.com/fr/gousses-de-vanille/717-gousses-de-vanille-brune-lac-victoria-m.html Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to it, David Vanilla
