Fast delivery and properly sealed package, no bad surprises. The quality of the pods: surprised not to find them fatty but slightly dry, that said it does not detract from the quality inside which allows for quite a few seeds and fragrant. I froze, I tested but I don't think I will reorder!

Hello, Here is the description of the 40 vanilla pods (see product sheet) that you got on promotion for only 35.24€ or 0.88€ per pod. The red vanilla pods from Uganda are drier than other qualities, but they are also rich in vanillin. This means they contain a higher concentration of vanillin, which is responsible for the characteristic flavor and aroma of vanilla. We invite you to rehydrate these vanilla pods in a bit of alcohol to triple their volume and preserve them for years (see dark photo = rehydrated, light = upon receipt before rehydration). Some pods may be split as they were picked in over-ripeness on the vanilla plant (peak of vanilla aromas). I also appreciated that the spices and tea were packaged in small quantities which avoids oxidation especially if you don't use everything at once. Good explanations for using the spices. A little cordial note by SMS and by email that gives the feeling of being a privileged and pampered customer and it's pleasant these days.
