Top customer service. I received a text message with a photo attached when my order was sent and even apologies for the shipping delay, even though it was shipped the day after my order! The products received are of quality and correspond in every way to what I expected. I finally have pepper with a real pepper taste and vanilla pods whose origin I know, and for a price that is quite reasonable compared to what is found in supermarkets. I am delighted. Very happy to have found this supplier! Thank you, thank you

Quick order on the site. I received my order quickly. Great package tracking, small photo received before shipping! A free bag and the promotions on the site are really worth it. Taking the plunge is adopting it!

Very clear website that makes you want to order. A lot of choices and numerous tips. Delay between order and delivery day of three days > fast. Tracking of order preparation is top-notch. Same for the packaging of each product and the package itself.
