Very beautiful products (gold vanilla), with a gift (pepper), very fast shipping... unfortunately, I didn't have the choice of delivery and I was forced to take GLS whose agency I depend on is lax and incompetent, given many unfortunate experiences. Result, a postponement of the delivery date then no news on the scheduled day and delivered the next day... so excellent products served by a disastrous delivery. With more choice for delivery, even if I have to pay a little more, it will be 5 stars.

Hello Stéphane, Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on Monday at 9:45 PM. My driver came to pick up your order on Tuesday afternoon. It was stated that orders would be sent on Wednesday, May 23 when you placed your order (see your GLS invoice at your home + SENDING WEDNESDAY, MAY 23). I had specified this deadline so that my clients would not be impatient during this busy week logistically. The delivery was made 3 days later on Friday the 25th. It is true that the delivery was longer than usual due to high activity on the platform in your region. However, I would not say it was

Impeccable products, well packaged and clearly labeled. Small attentions in the package that prove that quality is not only found in the package. I had previously bought David's products at the market in the Caribbean: clearly, his products are superior. Highly recommended, and with eyes closed.

Hello Edith, You purchased 25g of Bourbon Gold Vanilla and received 15 pods. On the site, it is marked: "50g" of Bourbon Gold +11cm equals about 25-30 pods. So you did receive the number of pods marked on DavidVanille.com at the highest division :-) I hope you appreciate the aromatic quality of my vanilla pods. Thank you sincerely for your order, Looking forward to it, David Vanille.

Delighted with the order as well as the gift sample of black pepper grain Espirito do Brazil! Thank you Daniel! Today I am making panna cotta with red fruits, I just shelled a pod into my cream that will cook for an hour in the oven! The scent of the black vanilla powder is wonderful, my fingers smell amazing! I will also use your pepper by infusing it with other spices to make a syrup for my red fruit coulis! Thank you for these products and congratulations on your approach! See you soon.
