Order of Vanilla and spices: Top products and fast shipping as usual.
Big disappointment with customer service ...
On my order, I ordered 200 pods of Brown Ugandan Vanilla "Lac Victoria" M (20 packs of 10 pods).
As usual, I receive an email with photos of my prepared order. Only upon receipt do we notice with my partner that one pack of 10 pods is missing. I sent an email to customer service who has still not responded to me to this day regarding this missing product.

We have just checked the photo and the shipping cameras and we can clearly see the 20 packs of 10 pods of lac victoria, the 3 packs of 10 pods of black ebony and the fourth free pack.
Do not hesitate to contact us at 03 74 47 00 17.
For us, everything is in order.

Off-topic response? 10 Pods were added to your order, you did not add this reference. All that for an order of €22. See on your invoice too: 10 Gourmet Vanilla Pods "Black Ebony" FREE. Thank you in advance for talking about it to your friends please! Your word of mouth is precious to us. Thank you for no longer ordering from us, we have blocked your account.

1st order received quickly despite the holiday delays. Careful shipping. Some vanilla packets did not contain the 10 pods expected. Pods of different sizes too.... I plan to order a second time to form a real opinion as the price remains affordable when taking advantage of promo codes. Do not take the downgraded pods which in my opinion are not very useful if you really bake except to bring a distant taste of vanilla.

Hello, the downgraded vanilla pods are pods with a high vanillin content. The split pods in the batch are by far the most interesting because they are pods picked in over-ripeness with higher vanillin content (vanilla nose). This same vanilla is the one used by all our aromatic and perfumer clients. It is found in perfumes from famous big brands, purchased for their aromatic quality. These same clients never buy 'black' vanilla but prefer 100% drier vanilla, with more pods per kg and higher vanillin content in relation to pods/kg. Good winds, David
