Always very good quality products! So many flavors and choices! Bravo for your site! A small regret compared to previous orders: the containers are less practical! It's 'complicated' to keep them hermetically closed once opened without using bulky clips for storage. A small regret, therefore, at this level. But it's a detail.

Hello, I received my order with pleasure that I ordered from 'David Vanille'. However, I think there was a mistake, because the delivery note (attached) states 'V120 pods of Black Ebony vanilla' twice, but I only received one bag, although I remember ordering two after the change. Moreover, I received two 'Rosemary' bags that I don't remember ordering because I already have plenty at home and I have fresh ones in a pot on the balcony. I would lean towards a computer error regarding the actual choice of the cart and its editing after correction by adding or removing products. Best regards.

Hello, I just checked the order and the shipping photo where there are indeed 2 vanilla bags and 2 rosemary. The first Rosemary was the gift of the week, the second was added to the order. There is no quantity addition to our customers' cart. For the black ebony vanilla, you ordered 20 pods which are sent in 2 packages of 10 pods. Fast shipping and products meet my expectations (2 Tahiti pods very good quality and 25g Green Anise not tested yet). The negative point is the packaging not very eco-friendly (big box for a mini order and a lot of plastic (2 large bags for 2 pods, it's a shame not to put 2 in one)

At the same time, you did not receive an order and you give a rating of 1/5 because we do not ship to Guadeloupe. If we refuse an order, it is not to send only part of it to the island.
