The store consistently delivers on product quality and reliability, with many reviews highlighting well-packaged, carefully prepared spices and vanilla that meet or exceed expectations. Customers praise fast delivery, tracking, and the care taken in packaging, including thoughtful touches like little gifts and order photos. Positive experiences emphasize competitive prices, a wide and varied selection, and reliable follow-up, making repeat orders and recommendations common. Overall, shoppers describe satisfying purchases, repeated orders, and strong confidence in the site's offerings.
Products give me complete satisfaction. One regret: that some products come from Bulgaria like wild garlic.

The site is well made with plenty of information to know each ingredient. However, there are way too many tabs that pop up to warn about discounts and prevent us from placing our order as best as possible. However, the delivery times of the items are top! I recommend.

I really liked the vanilla pods, superb and very tasty.
I also appreciated the very aromatic garlic powder, even though I discovered it came from China...
Regarding the herbs, I was surprised that they do not come from France, I don't think I will recommend you...
However, your vanilla pods are really to be recommended even though I find the price to be considered... but it is so difficult to find this product in stores, so thank you and well done!

So far, my orders have gone well. I haven't used all the products but I am satisfied with those I have already used.
The packaging is a bag that could be improved because it's not obvious to transfer spices like vanilla powder into your small containers. Depending on the powdered spice, a good part remains stuck to the bag or is retained by the closing 'clip'.
On the other hand, 3/5 because the navigation on the site needs to be reviewed. The promotion pop-up that appears after a few seconds on each page is really, really very annoying! I had already reported this during an order but nothing has changed.
From an IT point of view, it doesn't take 107 years to change this behavior. We had the ad once, that's enough! No need to see it appear on all the other pages. At most, display a small square or a discreet banner with the promo info but not a pop-up on every page.

Hello,
I don't like to rate people or give my opinion, I will try to do so because your site is well designed, the descriptions are clear, the payment and delivery went smoothly, I still find that paying €4.99 for delivery to a pickup point is a bit expensive! I tested the vanilla from Munnar, its quality and aroma are perfect, as for the one from Uganda, I will test it soon in a savory dish. Best regards H.B.

I have been ordering here for several years. The items are always of very good quality and the customer service is very good. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the new way of packaging the products. Indeed, before everything was packaged in hermetically resealable bags which was very practical. Today, for 200g of a spice purchased, for example, you receive 10 mini bags of 20g to cut with scissors. I hope you will return to the old method. Best regards.

Hello,
We had seen many positive reviews so we decided to order.
We ordered 100 pods, the pods are very well packed in airtight bags.
They have a lot of seeds but I am disappointed because in cakes, desserts we do not feel the taste of vanilla, it's really a shame because that's all that gives flavor in desserts.

Hello, We replied to you by email and you received a refund of €7.89 due to the team's error on another salt, Mea Culpa. Each packaging is visible on the product sheet in the packaging section at the top of the page. The DDMs are visible on the product sheet and the label of our products. For your question: Would you be in a balance sheet situation to 'clear' what remains without taking into account the orders received? I work on very wide hours and we take care of each order. It is 9:15 PM, a Friday night and I am closing the evening with your bitter question. Rather than getting angry, my response will be quite frank and massive, please do not order from us anymore. We are willing to apologize, learn from our small mistakes (salt inversion and refund) but I refuse the contempt and baseness of your question, that does not pass. Have a very nice year 2024.
