Hello Arthur, Fanny called all our customers who ordered 1kg of downgraded vanilla to explain that there was an error in the shipment. The error was sending 5 packets of 100g instead of 10 x 100g. Disappointing after-sales service. No discussion possible following a delivery problem! Order delivered for them but where? The postman marked it as delivered but he made a mistake with the address!! The package was delivered on May 12. As explained in our T&Cs, a package delivered with a receipt is not refundable. Hello, Why put the pods under vacuum? We do not highlight it on our sheets and do not wish to do so. You bought red vanilla and came back to us because the pods were dry and crooked. We replied that it was indeed the characteristics of this vanilla with a high vanillin content. Giving a rating of 3/5 when the delivery was FREE via the promotional operation and with the service (preparation, SMS tracking, customer service questions, ...) that we offer for an unrelated reason not claimed or stated in our sheet is off-topic.
