Hello, my first order was great. I ordered Cream of the Tribes. I had my second order of Gourmet Vanilla Pods. I tried to contact you but received no response because the second order of Gourmet Vanilla was not great, very disappointed, too thin, dry, not much grain, out of 10 pods, only 5 were good, the others had almost no vanilla inside.

I have been a customer since 2021, this time I ordered the offer of 100 Ugandan vanilla pods size M with 10 pods as a gift, unfortunately in my 10 gifted vanilla pods, 3 had mold, I think due to poor curing. The others also have this curing problem, I haven't opened the 100 pack yet, I hope they will be of better quality.

A bit disappointed receiving the second order because the little gift of 10 vanilla pods was offered if the order exceeded 29 euros, but I made 2 orders on the same day, although not at the same time, but a total of 67.12 euros.
Maybe I should have ordered mustard! But I won't hold it against them.

Following my order of vanilla from Uganda and Papua, I found the one from Uganda larger than the one from Papua even though it was given as size L otherwise I found some pods really smaller and shabby a bit disappointed with this order. Usually I order more of the bourbon which is really top ... Otherwise I still recommend the site because David and his team are attentive and I think love their job Thank you all

I had a small problem connecting to your site because my password was not recognized and it was impossible to change it with my usual email address. I had to use another address and everything went back to normal. This simply delayed the delivery by a few days but for me, it was not bothersome. After that, the delivery went very well.

Hello, disappointed with my vanilla order. I took your promotion at €59 for 100 vanilla pods and there are a lot that are very small and thin and some are open and very tiny... I would prefer to take fewer and a bit more expensive but better rather than this style of tiny vanilla and there is not much inside... Really disappointed because I am a customer with you.

Disappointed by the green tea with orange zest. Very fragrant in the bag but the orange scent disappears during infusion. Only green tea remains. I haven't tested the other teas.
