Very user-friendly site, no issues with my order. A downside just for Colissimo, change of pickup location, but no information on the new relay, in short, 3 lost days.... David was not to blame and kindly answered my questions. I recommend this site, and thank you for the nice attentions, but I won't reveal them....

Always happy so far with my purchases at David Vanilla, big disappointment with my last order, one item is missing (forgetfulness?) I contact customer service from the site, not a word of apology or anything just a proposal for a refund or sending in my next order, I must say that the nice note in the package 'order treated as if it were for a friend... etc...' is not quite in line with the customer service response, sending my box of saffron in a simple letter would have been enough to fully satisfy me and I find it somewhat normal to send the missing item when ordering for 50 euros on the site. But apparently that corresponds to 'the specifications'. I wish all customers not to experience my disappointment. However, nothing to complain about, I was refunded but I would have really preferred a commercial gesture in the sense of simply sending me the initially ordered item that was not in the package.

I appreciated the care taken in following my order as well as the quality gifts accompanying it.

I am satisfied with my order that arrived very quickly, well packaged and the product is good, a bit firmer than the previous ones ordered a few years ago in Belgium which were very soft, yours are very well tried in both categories ordered to make Catalan creams and egg flans, very fragrant, following your advice I canned them with a splash of amber rum, I think it's better than the parchment paper I had used (for the Belgians) so very good and I am very satisfied, because I was also surprised to receive an additional gift: a fabric bag and a packet of Tonka beans, nothing to complain about, I will reorder because there are items that look interesting. Christianne for the Tonka beans I cannot rate them as I did not know them and have not used them yet.

I took cocoa beans to try but apart from roasting, I don't know how to use them. Is it possible to accompany the product with a recipe or a recipe link regarding the ordered product?

I do not recommend this site, not reliable at all! Order placed on 31/10/2021 and to this day I have never received anything but apparently I am not the only one in this case. The seller did not want to know anything, the only thing he could say was 'delivered is delivered' while no, sorry I received nothing in my mailbox. Do not order on this site.

Nothing to say except good things about the quality of the products, the packaging and the delivery. However, it is not worth promising free shipping from €29 of purchase and not respecting that commitment... €96 of purchase and nothing received... email sent to understand, no response! Almost disappointed in the end!

Hello, the products are of good quality. However, the order service is not responsive at all, see the messages just after my order.

However, the quality of customer service needs improvement. Indeed, during my last order on October 18, there was a small error. I wanted to report it. Unfortunately, after 2 emails and 1 SMS sent, still no response...

I never received my order. I called the seller and they told me they couldn't do anything and that I had to contact the postal service... Money spent on vanilla never received. Disappointed!

Well, even if a bit expensive. Would have preferred to have extra pods instead of pepper.
