I find the shipping costs too expensive, I would prefer containers other than plastic, small stainless steel boxes for example.

Hello, Shipping costs are FREE from €69 of order. They include logistics, cardboard, paper, labels, ... For stainless steel boxes, due to the explosion of raw material prices, we cannot afford it. I am a bit disappointed with the Madagascar vanilla powder because I find it doesn't really flavor. I bought the vanilla pods from Vanuatu because they were on sale and they are good but less fleshy than those from Madagascar, which I ultimately prefer.

3 weeks of waiting for the order, no shipping, sale canceled for "more convenience" for the merchant of course. No offer for replacement or delivery within another timeframe. I saw bad comments despite that I gave it a chance but here we are. Not serious despite beautiful promises of passion and love for the product from the gentleman.
